How it works
Living life as a ceremony is not a template, recipe, or direct path; itโs a way of being and a way of living. This 30-Day Practice includes workshops, resources, check-ins, and a community. You create and commit to practices that match your unique essence and lifestyle. Iโm a guide to help you, and together weโre a community to support one another.
Workshops
We start with a powerful 90-minute workshop to begin the 30-day practice, which I refer to as the opening ceremony. We meet again for a check-in halfway through. We meet a final time at the end of the 30 days for a closing ceremony. If you canโt attend live, no problem! The recordings will be sent out right after.
Note: The opening ceremony is the most important gathering. During the 90-minute workshop, I explain everything you need to know to make the most out of the next 30 days, help you get clear and set goals and intentions unique to you.
Workshop #1โFull Moon Opening Ceremony: Monday, October 6, 6-7:30 pm PST *90 minutes
During the first workshop, I help you get clear on whatโs getting in the way of living with more presence and connection. Youโll draft โSacred Commitmentsโ to support you in getting back on track and living in alignment with who you are and what you want. Examples of โSacred Commitmentsโ could be: a daily walk, meditation, morning pages, no phone between 9 PM and 9 AM, no social media, no alcohol or coffee, drinking a minimum of 2L of water per day, or carving out time for a creative projectโyou will come up with your own "Sacred Commitmentsโ for yourself for the 30 days. During the first workshop, youโll set an intention, craft a plan, and become inspired and excited for the next 30 days ahead!
Workshop #2โNew Moon Check-In: Tuesday, October 21, 6-7 pm PST *60 minutes
During the second workshop, Iโll be there to ask you check-in questions and receive any questions you have for me.
Workshop #3โClosing Ceremony: Tuesday, November 4, 6-7 pm PST *60 minutes
During the third workshop, youโll reflect on the past 30 days to help you integrate your transformation. Weโll discuss what youโve learned, what youโre taking away, and the most impactful parts of the 30-day practice for you.
Community
After the 90-minute workshop to initiate the 30-day practice, you will have access to an online community to help you stay inspired and accountable for the next 30 days. Youโll have access to the community from your desktop and a user-friendly app on your phone. An optional part of this 30-day practice is to take a break from social media. This online community is the perfect way to help you transition from doom scrolling on Instagram and being bombarded with ads to something more intentional and fulfilling.
In the community, you can expect:
A weekly check-in
A place of connection, accountability, and community
A place to share your experience, gratitude, noticings, stories about signs and serendipity, and more!
Resources
During the 30-day practice, youโll have access to a library of resources to support you. All the resources will be found in the user-friendly app we will be using for the 30-day practice. The app is compatible with desktops, iPhones, and Android devices.
Mindfulness meditations ranging from 5 minutes to 20 minutes
Yoga nidra meditation journeys
Simple ceremonies and practices
